Hi confused,
If the CD is being accessed right before the error occures, then you should
inspect the CD for any scratches and repair them if necessary.
If the CD is not being accessed however, you may simply need to reinstall
the game and then the latest update(s) for the game.
Before uninstalling the game, look in the game folder and your Documents
folder for any saved games and save them to another folder for safe keeping.
