Error Message

I recently installed Roxio Easy Media Creator 8 on my system with Windows
Media. Each time I boot up, I now receive the error message "The ordinal 968
could not be located in the dynamic link library LIBAY32.dll". Can anyone
help me get rid of this message. Roxio technical support couldn't help me.

Did you close all open apps. and background apps. prior to installin the
new ware or did you just "click and go"?
