Error message

I am re-sending this as does not seem to have been posted.

I have Windows XP SP2. From time to time on starting up this error message
appears: Error: Access violation at Ox7c91084B (Tried to write to
Ox00030FFC). Program terminated.
What does it mean? & where does it come from:Windows? Thanks for any
assistance.
 
Recheck all your Startup files to see what program is doing this. Might be an
older non XP program that wants to access protected memory or system files.
Start>Run> type: msconfig and look at the Startup tab. Read this article for
