error message

When I download Beta 2 and try to update the signatures for the first time it
is unable to complete the update with error code 0x80244001. On subsequent
attempts nothing happens when I click on the update button.

I just logged on today and I got the same error message when I tried to
remove something called Java/Byteverify and When U. save now? Let me know if
something can be done about this.
