error message

I keep getting these error messages after I tried to install an all in one
printer,scanner and copier by hp. It states Application has generated an
exception that could not be handled. Then below that it states process
id=oxb3c(2876),thread id=oxfbc(4028). Another one is process
id=ox928(2344),thread id=ox92c(2348).Then below that it states click ok to
terminate the application. Click cancel to debug the application. Any help
would be appreciated. Thank J.E.W.
 
What model PSC are you installing? First of all, DO NOT connect the unit
to your PC before installing the software. Insert the CD and follow
instructions,
it will tell you when to plug it in and also when to turn it ON!
