error message

Hi,
I have an exchange server 5.5
the name is (parker.com)

I installed outlook on a remote computer that computer
can access the server via OWA " mail.parker.com/exchange"

But when i configure outlook to use the pop3 as follow

pop3.mail.parker.com or pop3.parker.com
smtp.mail.parker.com or smtp.parker.com

I get this error

"The connection to the server has failed.
Account: 'pop3.parkermeridien.com',
Server: 'pop3.parkermeridien.com', Protocol: POP3, Port:
110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number:
0x800CCC0E"

Please tell me if iam doing anything wrong? and what is
the soulution.

Ask your Exchange administrator if the POP3 service is running on the server
and what the correct computer name is. It may be mail.parker.com
