When I try to load the software for my digital camera I
keep getting this message; 1607: Unable to install
InstallShield Scripting Runtime. How do I eliminate
this message so that it will install drivers? Thanks

This problem can occur when SYSTEM does not have permission to access to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\InstallShield
1) Open the registry editor
2) Right click on the InstallShield key and select permissions
3) Add or modify permissions as needed (SYSTEM and Administrators should
have full control on the entire registry)
....If this doesn't work, try disabling the antivirus software before
installing the drivers
