I've been trying to purchase iTunes music store and it says I need
to upgrade (to 4.9. and I'm using 4.6) When I try to upgrade I get
an error message 1647: Unable to create Install Driver instance.
Return Code: -2147312566.
I followed all the instructions written on the installshield
consumer page even though this particular error is not listed
there.

I also updated my Windows. But the problem is still there. I
tried to install in the safe mode, but then I'll get the error
1607: Unable to install InstallShield Scripting Runtime..
If anyone has any ideas, I would appreciate hearing them.
