error message

I get this message all the time when I try to start word 94 and action replay.

"C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT. The system file is not suitible for
running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows application. Choose "Close" to terminate
the application."

I can also choose "ingnore" but they still don't start. I'm running
windows xp home edition.

I did this:

That doesn't fix the problem. Any more solutions?
