error message

I have Windows ME, FP2002, IE6. I am playing around with
web on HD which corresponds to book. The simple web has
link bars that go along with the theme. When I double
click the link bar and change the style and try to preview
the page, I get a dialog box with with an error
message "An error occurred while attempting to write the
file".

Any clues to why error is occurring?

The following might be what is causing the problem...

FP2002 link bars requires that you test them in http mode on a server that
has the FP2002 extensions. Windows ME doesn't support a web server or the
FP2002 extensions.
