Hello

I just downloaded the trial version of EndNote 8 to my
desktop / download folder and then attempted to open the
file. (EndNote is software for creating bibliographies
and citations in documents. I've also attempted to
contact the EndNote company and am awaiting a reply from
them as well.) Instead I got the following error
message.

"C:\Documents and Settings\Aubrey Keys\Desktop\
Downloads\ENDemo.EXE is not a valid Win32 application."

I have absolutly no idea what this means or how to fix
it. Can you provide some help please?

it normally means the file is corrupted. try downloading it again or contact
the webmaster of the website you downloaded it and inform him that it is
corrupted.
