Error Message When You Try to Turn On Internet Connection Sharing

Hey,
I just installed two network cards, and i have one
connected to my xbox. so i wanted to share internet on my
pc to my other nic. but it wont happene because i get
this error message,An error occurred while Internet
Connection Sharing was being enabled. The dependency
service or group failed to start.
I made sure that all these services checked boxes are
runned
Application Layer Gateway Service
Network Connections
Network Location Awareness (NLA)
Plug and Play
Remote Access Auto Connection Manager
Remote Access Connection Manager
Remote Procedure Call (RPC)
Telephony
but when i restart the checkbox is start but the remote
prcedure call still says not running
and i cant fix it what can i do?

Try reapplying SP1. See 329441 You Cannot Create a Network Connection After
You Restore Windows XP
