Error message when Windows closes "tfswctrl.exe will not close"

Hello:

I receive this error message whenever I close Windows. Is there any way I
can fix it?

Hi Kevin,

Description:
tfswctrl.exe is an essential process for HP's packet writing software which
burns data to CD's using Microsoft Windows explorer.

You may want to check with HP and see if they have a update to the packet
writing application.
