Error message when trying to send mail

I am getting a error mesasge when I try to send mail. I can receive but not
send.
The error message "Interface not registered"
Whats that mean? I am using 2002. I tried the detect and repair tool. No luck

Posted numerous times in these newsgroups and easily found with a search.
Click Start>Run and enter the following in the Open field:

regsvr32 ole32.dll

Click OK.
