error message when trying to create bcm report

I am attempting to create a report using the business contact manager, and
when selecting any of the reports I get an error box that states "selected
report cannot be generated". Any ideas? Thank you.

Same problem after installing .NET 2.0 framework. Still unsolved. Hope anyone
can help.

Reinstall of the BCM V2 update normally take of the issue.Try searching the
new group for the same error.They is a lot of info that you can find

Hi,

I am receiving this same error. I was able at one time to print this
specific report - Account w/ Business Contacts. but not amy more.

I installed Update SP1, but I am not aware of SP2. Are you referring to
Office SP2?

Any thoughts on correcting this issue?

I had the same error after installing SP1 for BCM. I reinstalled the
Update (to make BCM Version 2.0) and the Reports begain working
normally again. I think this is because the SP1 is really for the
original BCM v1 and was made in 2004, meanwhile the "Update" actually
changes the verion to "2.x" and was made in 2005. You can see the
version in the Help | About BCM dialog.

I had no new issues after the re-install.
