error message when right-click

Every time I right click on an item in Windows, I get
this error message that says "Your temporary key has
expired. If you believe this message is in error,please
contact the programs author" Now I have NO idea who the
author is since it gives me no clue and I cannot figure
it out. ANY suggestions at all??????
 
Evidentially, it has to do with context menu editing software. Start there.
