Error message when looking at data

I am getting an error, "Error accessing file. Network
connection may have been lost." When I click "OK" it
then shows me some visual basic code. This is occurring
when I open a form and then try to look at different
records in the form. The only way I've been able to get
rid of it is to reinstall a backup copy of the database.
I have had this happen twice now and I do not know what is
causing this or how to fix it. Any suggestions would be
helpful.

If this is Access 2000, it could be this nasty issue:

(That's assuming you have not actually lost a network connection somewhere.)
