error message when IE opens

I keep getting error messages and it says something about
the hardware or system used. I've contacted support,but
not resolved,it ends up shutting down eventually. Where
is this coming from? I heard it could be damaged files.

What is the exact error message?
If there is a Details button click that and give us the first two lines.
