error message when i start up

i start up and it says that wmm has had a problem and needs to close and
there are 2 options at the bottom, one says "debug and the other says "close".
i pressed debug and it closed down and nothing else happened, and i pressed
closed when i opened it the second time and it did what it said.

running Vista...disregard the following.

Some users have reported problems
after installing IE7. If this applies to your
situation ...uninstalling IE7 may be worth
a try.
