Error Message: Unable to open free/busy information

Windows xp outlook program isn't allowing us to ADD/EDIT appointments onto
another user's calendar. when i double click on their calendar, the error
message, "UNABLE TO OPEN FREE/BUSY INFORMATION" comes up. We've set allll
the permissions from their outlook for us to have editing rights,...but
nothing is helping.

ANNNNNNNNYBODY HAVE A CLUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUE what to do?????
