I have Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP Professional. I have Microsoft
Office Outlook 2003, part of Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003. I
have this error message when trying to open an email in my Outlook:
"Cannot open this item. The text formatting command is not available. It
may not be installed correctly. Please install Outlook again".
Re-installing Outlook did not help.
Creating new profile did not help.
Do you have any suggestions for this problem?
