Error message: Session Timed Out

HELP! IBM, Microsoft, RR giving me a royal run around.
When writing email, get a message "Session Timed OUt.
Log in again. Was told it was a JAVA SCRIPT MESSAGE.
NO ONE WANTS TO SOLVE PROBLEM Brand new T40 IBM????
