WToolsS.exe error message

I have windows XP on an IBM A50P that I bought from IBM
three months ago. I started getting this error message
about a week ago in the middle of my desktop:
"WToolsS.exe has encountered a problem and needs to
close. We are sorry for the inconvenience". The only
way to get rid of the error message temporarily is by a
reboot or a System Restore. Then it comes right back
again a short time later. IBM says it is not their
problem. I am looking for a solution. Please advise.

wtoolss.exe is a Trojan. Download & install Spybot to remove it.

Did you search for the file? Can you identify 'wtoolsS'?
