Help us volunteers help you. Who is going to remember something as obscure
as SCODES 800401F3? Wouldn't it be better to tell the name of the software?
And maybe some info on which version of Vista, upgrade or clean install,
computer model/hardware, and maybe some idea of whether it was installed
with Vista drivers for the hardware? How long has Vista run fine on this
computer before this problem showed up? Did the problem show up on
installation or while running the software. Why should we play the 20
questions game? On the other hand, if you are new to newsgroups, then read
some other posts and learn. Most people here do want to help or be helped
or just learn about common problems and solutions.
