error message restrictions in effect on this computer

Unable to open hyperlinks in Outlook 200

In using Outlook 2007, using Vista I am unable to connect to a hyerlink in an
e-mail message and get the error message: "This operation has been cancelled
due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system
administrator."

Try resetting IE. In IE click Tools>E-mail Accounts>Advanced>Reset
