Error message re WCESMgr.exe???

In the last couple of weeks every time we turn on the
computer we get an error message on the desktop that is
titled WCESMgr.exe--Application error. It then goes on
to say that "this application has failed to initalize
(0x0000006). Click to terminate." It comes up twice
each day; I click to terminate and go on about my
business. But yesterday when I tried to used ActiveSync
for my Dell Pocket PC the message came up again and the
Active Sync would not operate. Does anyone know what
this message is about and what I should do to fix it?

You could reinstall Activesync as it seems that although the file is set to
startup in the registry, Windows cannot find it.
