Error message publishing web site,"cannot create folder _vti_cnf"

I published my website. All information uploaded with out incident. I went
back in to make corrections, again uneventful. I went back this morning to
make additions and changes and I received an error message. (Cannot create
folder “_vti_cnfâ€). This happened once before on another site.

HOW DO I GET RID OF THIS FILE SO THAT CAN PUBLISH MY CHANGES?????

I can not find the folder listed anywhere.

PLEASE HELP
 
That folder is a hidden folder that is part of the FrontPage server
extensions. It is not part of your actual web. Contact your host about the
problem.
 
Contact your web host. They may need to re-install the FrontPage
Extensions, repair them or correct a permissions issue.
