Error message "printer not ready" when try to print emails with attachments

Hi

Whenever I try to print an email in Outlook 2003 with a file attachment I get the error message "printer not ready". I get this error if I use FILE/PRINT or if I use the print icon.

I am able to print emails without attachments OK.

Has anybody seen this before?? I searched and searched on the Internet but haven't been able to find anything!
