Error message outlook 2007 SP2

Hello,

While working in Outlook 2007 with service pack 2, it always says that
"Restart Outlook, Outlook has encountered a problem". I uninstalled Office
Service pack 2, then it works fine.. Is there any solution without
uninstalling SP2 for the above error..

Also It opens many outlook and asks to "open in Safe mode or normal mode".

Please let me know if any solution found,..

Perhaps check what add-ins you have, and if you have any third party ones
does that provider have any updated ones?
Often the culprit is any integrated anti virus, sync tools are another
