Error Message on Booting

Today turned on system and keep getting following Blue
Screen Error Message - "STOP: c0000221 {Bad Image
Checksum} The image url.dll is possibly corrupt. The
header checksum does not match the computed checksum." I
cannot load past this, and get not futher to get into the
system. Please Help.

You might try this:
Go to Start, Run and type CMD then hit OK. From the
Command Prompt type SFC /scannow Have your Windows CD
in the CD-ROM drive before executing this command as
Windows will ask you for your disc. The SFC command will
check the integrity of system files and repair as
necessary (at least, that's how it is SUPPOSED to work)
