I have already reviewed kba 313275 but this error is not the result of a
large workbook or a large number of workbooks open at the same time.
This occurs in a single page worksheet with a file size of 16kb. I used the
INFO function to check the memory usage on that 16kb workbook and it returned
1,045,000 !!
I've also reset/replaced the toolbar inf file and downloaded and run the
excess formatting cleaner.
