I am trying to add a print server file . I get the following error message

MS Dos and Microsoft Windows Applications. Choose close to terminate the
Application

I have posted the error at http://www.cruisewarehouse.cc/netgear.html

Note that this problem is more than often caused by malware.

I was told by net gear there is a file missing or corrupted . Like always
you need the disc to fix it . Of course when you buy a new computer they
NEVER give the disc . So is there any other way to get the missing items ??

Well, I wouldn't buy any computer with a preinstalled Windows system
if not coming along with an OEM CD and even a Recovery CD wouldn't be
a replacement for that CD. When there was no such OEM CD, I asked the
vendor *prior* to purchasing a system and in most cases, I got it for
free or for a few bucks only, at least.

Search the drive/s if there is a copy of the missing file around and
copy that file into the %windir%\System32 folder. Note that this will
not clean your possible infested machine.
