Error Message: Java Virtual Machine Launcher

When ever I boot up I get the following error message:
Java Virtual Machine Launcher: Could not find the Main
Class. Program will exit. Any help in correcting this
problem will be greatly appreciated.

Sheldon,

This is more of a Sun/Java issue then a Windows one, however the Sun
Knowledge base has this issue solved here :
