error message invalid menu handle

When I'm clicking on online radio link I get message: C:\Documents and
Settings\***name***\Local Settings\Temporary Internet
Files\Content.IE5\WSQV4LQB\***name.asf invalid menu handle
WHY? How to fix this?
Help please
 
The radio website address you are trying to reach may be corrupt or
has been changed. Try a little later and see if it still will not connect.
