ERROR MESSAGE: INTERNET EXPLORER HAS ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEM AND NEEDS TO CLOSE

This is the exact script that appears when I attempt to
access IE. The error signature also is similar to:
AppName: iexplore.exe
AppVer: 6.0.2800.1037
ModName: mshtml.dll
ModVer: 6.0.2800.1050
Offset: 001fl9c7

I've tried tje resolution suggested in the Microsoft
Knowledge Base article, but to no avail. Any suggestions?

Recently many have reported this error. Mostly caused by YaHoo! Companion.
