Error Message in setting up Recurring Event

I am using Outlook 2002 (Traditional Chinese).

Everytime when I create a recurring event (e.g. Birthday), when I click
"Whole Day" and then click the "Recurring Event" button in the toolbar, a
error message will popup and say "Recurring Mode Disable (Translation from
Chinese)".

I do not encounter this problem when I am using Outlook 2000 before. Any
suggestion?
