Error message in Guest account

My niece got a new computer a few months ago (WinXP Home) and was only using
an Admin account. Her trial McAfee had expired and she had no firewall, nor
any other security software. I setup 2 accounts: an account for her and a
guest account. When she opens the guest account she gets the following
error:

"Fail to Open service control manager"

The title bar on the window has - ANIO Api

What does this mean?

Also, after I created the 2 accounts she renamed the Admin and her account.
Windows Explorer shows the original names for the user folders.

Can I safely rename those folders or should I clone the user accounts,
delete those I created and create new accounts from the cloned information,
with the new names that she wants?
