Error message IExplorer.exe

When I use the help button on Internet Explorer I get
IExplorer.exe geherated an error and windows will restart
it. I am useing Windows 2000 Pro spa4 installed. This only
happens in IE. Please help with this.

Install IE6SP1 again over the top.

Reinstalling IE6 did not solve the problem
