I'm getting this error message at winxp home start up. It's called "Lite
Installer", with a logo in the upper right of a orange life preserver with WD
in the center. Any help on how fix this problem appreciated.

Thanks,

Lite Installer is used by kazaa. If you are using kazaa, uninstall it then
reinstall. The bad part is that if this occured following a MS update, your
Windows OS Software is likely not genuine. If the reinstallation of kazaa
doesnt work, report to MS that you think you have pirated software.

There are two ways to do this: Call 1-800 RU LEGIT, and by emailing
(e-mail address removed)

For the record, Kazaa stinks... Try Limewire GL

Thanks,

Do you have a Western Digital hard drive installed on your
computer and if you do, have you installed the Western Digital
Data Lifeguard program? That may be the source of your error
message. Do a little research and I think you'll find an answer
to your problem.

Thanks,

Look for a shortcut in your startup folder or in All Users startup folder
named "Western Digital Lifeline" or similar. If found, delete it as it's
not needed for WD products to work. More info here:
