Error Message for ccsvchost.exe on shutdown

I, along with others, have recently begain receiving an error message on
Windows XP shutdown which refers to "memory not being able to be read". This
is happening on all shutdowns.
There is no entry to the event log. Any ideas on how serious this is?

Note that "ccsvchost.exe" (subject line) does not belong to Windows.

Check with the file properties where that file belongs to. If there is
no information available, that file may or may not be part of malware.

I'm also getting the same error message and it's killing me. I had
problems with windows running out of virtual memory and I increased the
virtual page size but I don't know if they are soemhow related since
they both appear to be related to memory issues.
