Error Message - DPA Authenication Failed

Outlook that says DPA Authentication Failed. One or more authentication
methods were attempted. There are no more authentication methods left to try
with your IMAP server. Tried looking up in the Knowledge Base with no luck.
Any ideas…

What version of Outlook do you have? Have you tried unchecking "user
secure password authentication (SPA)" for your account?
