Error message doing Mail Merge

OK. I tried to do a E-mail Merge in Word 2007 for Outlook 2007. When I get
to Step 3 of 6, and click on the CHOOSE CONTACTS FOLDER, I was able to get
all the CONTACTS folders that I have in Outlook 2007 to appear on the list;
when I then click on the CONTACTS folder that I want to use on the merge, and
click on the OK button, I get an error message:

"Microsoft Office Word, Error has occurred: The Microsoft Office Access
database engine could not find the object". Make sure the object exists and
that you spell its name and the path name correctly." I found all of these
to be correct. How do I fix this?

No one can help without information. Step 3 of 6 could mean anything and
means nothing to us. State precisely what you did. State how you configured
the Outlook Address Book.
You'll be much better off if you start the merge from Outlook.

There is yet an answer for this; I called MS. After days on the phone, it
was determined that there is an apparent bug with trying to do a Mail Merge
from Word and send it to Outlook, in Office 2007, when Word has certain
add-ons installed. They indicated that they were going to write a KB Article
on this; the work around is to start Word in Safe Mode, i.e. go to START\RUN,
and then type:

winword/ sa

I was then able to pick a contact folder in my Outlook from Word, and
continue doing the merge without error.

I had three of them, and don't remember exactly all of them; two of them were
a WOPR Bar and Business Contacts. He went through them one by one. We
thought at first that one of them may have been the culprit; however, when we
then went to actually do the merge, and tried to pick any of the Contact
folders I had for the merge while in Word (that's what I meant when I said
Step 3 of 6), Word would dissappear. The MS Tech was inside of my PC doing
it himself with apparently a supervising tech helping him. So, I have to
wait to see what they come up with.

So which add-on caused the problem?
