Error Message concerning Live Update

Error Message:
Live Update was unable to connect to the server and
confirm your subscription status. You may not be able to
download updates for subscriptions that appear to have
expired.

Any suggestions?
 
Live Update is for Symantec products. You get a year's subscription thrown
in when you buy the product dated fronm when you first install it), after
which you have to either renew your subscription or upgrade to the latest
version of Norton. Subscription isn't expensive; if you click the Subscribe
link it'll give you all the details.
