Error message CiceroUIWndFrame

This message comes up when several of my users try to
shut down their computers and there doesn't seem to be
any rhyme or reason for it. I cannot find the
CiceroUIWndFrame on the computers. I'm wondering if it
is associated with MS Office XP. It just started with
the new workstations.
