ERROR Message : Cannot open device \\.\viexpcs

I have recently purchased a new computer with XP (OEM)
installed from Dell and continue to receive the following
error message after every log in. See below.

Cannot open device \\.\viexpcs please try and reload.

I can't even find this file and don't know the program
that it would even be associated with?

Has any one seen this issue or know how to locate a file
that does not show up as hidden or displayed?
