ERROR MESSAGE---Can Not Send Email

Help I keep getting this error message and I can't send emails out. The
error message is The connection to the server has failed. Account: , Server:
'smtpauth.eathlink.net', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket
Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Any help or suggestions would be great I am trying to avoid reloading
Outlook express and I am at wits end trying to figure out how to send email
out of Outlook express. Thanks again.
