error message at startup

When I restart computer I get a window with an active-x error message. It
refers to the following URL

hcp://C:\PROGRA~1\mcafee.com\agent\RegWizUI.dll::default.htm/

It asks if I want to stop loading the screen. If I say yes or no it goes
away and everything seems OK. How do I get rid of the error window at each
startup?

This error is caoused by Mcafee and the file is mcagent.exe ... u might want
to clear startup list ... or reinstall MCafee
