Error Message after virus removal

Since i removed a virus from my pc i keep getting this
error message at start up
C:|winnit\system32\MSA64CHK.dll
How can i stop it coming up all the time and is it
important?? any help v much appreciated.

It's spyware. Run Spybot search and destroy.
That should find and deal with it.
