error message 101

Every time I try to run spyware I get this message. It
says to remove the program and reinstall. I have done
this numerous times. Any suggestions?

Yes:

1) in c:\program files\microsoft antispyware

you will find errors.log

Send this file (if it is a reasonable size) to:

(e-mail address removed)

Note in the email body the error message you are getting, and when that
started--i.e. how did it get that way--to the extent you are aware?

2) go to Control Panel, add or remove programs, Microsoft Antispyware, and
do a change, update.

See whether that does anything that a remove and reinstall did not.
