I want outlook to be my email but I keep getting error message 0X8004011D

I use verizon MSN (DSL). The explorer works, MSN Butterfly works.........but
I want to check emails on my outlook and it is giving me a message "
0x8004011D"..........I am sure you have a simple solution.
